THE NUSA DUA OFFICE SPACE FOR RENT DURING COP 13
 
     
 

A 10,000 square meters shady green area within the security zone of the southern tip of the Bali Island, The Nusa Dua, is developed to locate the Participating Entities during COP 13 on commercial basis. The offices will occupy around 5,000 sqm of the area to support the conference. It is located beside of Parking Area and right in front of the Bali Collection and, a beach shopping arcade and surrounded by 5-starred international beach resorts and country clubs like The Hyatt, The Lagoon, Westin and Bali Melia. The distance to the main conference area is just 2 minutes drive or 5 minutes walk. Frequent free shuttle minibus services to and from the conference location is provided. And for those who prefer riding bicycles around the area, free bicycles are also available at sufficient quantity.

The rental offices are of COP 13 standard using tent roofed octanorm modular system panel, full polycam partitioning, wooden ceiling, and clear glass windows wall-to-wall carpet, fully furnished and air-conditioned. They are equipped with 50 Hz 220v electricity power, high speed internet connections and IDD telephone and fax lines for round-the-clock operation. Basic utilities such as security service, fresh water and toilet system, basic cleaning and a 24-hour 7-day support services are also included. Optionally tenants may rent additional office-related items and services including communication corner available in the compound.

Shady trees, a bit breezy but really quiet surrounding, absence of traffic noise at the location contribute to the productive office environment. Almost anything a busy office needs including variety of eating places, souvenirs, and entertainments is just a few steps away.

Custom made offices of any size are also made available upon earliest possible request taking into account that such a custom layout should be compromised with the nature of the existing infra-structure. However, standard offices of 100, 75 and 50 sqm sizes are offered on first-come-first-served basis.
