Payments
through Telegraphic Transfer can be made to;
Please specify “name of participating Entities” and
“sub-leasing of office space and equipment at BALI 2007”
in the reason for payment. Please also fax copy of the transfer
slip to the same address appearing in point 4 (Office Reservation
Form and Deposit).
Settlement
of the total amount should be made by and no later than 10 November
2007. Participating Entities will be given confirmation and access
to the space reserved once all amounts due have been duly settled.
Should the settlement of the total amount have not been received
within the time frame identified, Antheus Indonesia reserves the
right to refuse access to the space reserved.
Any cost for further services requested in relation to this sub-leasing
must be settled upon delivery of services. Participating Entities
whose Office Reservation and associated forms are accepted by
Antheus Indonesia will receive a summary statement detailing payment
made for space sub-leased and ancillary items rented.

6.
Office Space Allocation |
Office
space is only available for the Participating Entities as defined
in these Terms and Conditions. The allocation procedure is on
a “First-come, First-serve” basis and the final layout
of the area will be decided by Antheus Indonesia, taking into
consideration the general theme of the event, the applicants’
requirements and space availability.
The Participating Entities who have forwarded the appropriate
office application form(s) and associated documents within the
determined deadline will be officially notified in due time by
Antheus Indonesia of the office they have been allocated prior
to the opening of the Conference. A copy of the design will be
faxed to the respective Participating Entities for approval prior
to finalizing payment.
Participating Entities may request additional services and or
furnishings and equipment, by filling the corresponding forms:

- Transportation
Form
Request and payment for Audio-Video equipment, other equipment
and catering services for Participating Entities during the Conference
are to be made directly through Antheus Indonesia (see contact
information at point No.4 Office Reservation Form and Deposit).
Requests for additional equipment/services can also be made on
site during the Conference. Any cost related to additional requests
must be settled upon delivery of services and or equipment. A
Delegation Office Management Counter will be set-up for the use
of Participating Entities at the Office Compound, and will be
operational for the duration of the Conference.
Antheus Indonesia will ensure cleaning of the offices during the
evening through the Commercial Office Management Counter. Cleaning
services include: vacuum, dusting of furniture and fixtures installed
in the respective offices, and removal of recycle and waste material.

9.
Telephone and Fax Lines |
Provisions for telecommunications equipment such as, telephone
and fax lines will be made available to Participating Entities.
The standard fee includes installation and equipment. As such,
a deposit or prepaid cards will be required for any call at the
going-rate.
Office requests cancelled before 3 November 2007 will be charged
50% of the total amount due for the sub-leasing of the space.
This amount will be covered by the deposit submitted by the Participating
Entities. The Participating Entities will be charged 100% of the
amount due for any cancellation request submitted on or after
3 November 2007. The Participating Entities undertakes to settle
the difference between the deposit and the entire amount due by
10 November 2007.
Any request of cancellation will be taken into consideration only
if they are made in writing and sent to the following address

Antheus Indonesia will not be responsible for the safety of the
property or articles of any kind brought into the commercial offices
by the Participating Entities, their staff, agents or contractors,
members of the public or any person whatsoever.
In the event of Force Majeure or circumstances beyond the control
of Antheus Indonesia, the event may be rescheduled or even cancelled
altogether. In the latter case, Antheus Indonesia assumes no liability
towards the Participating Entities and shall not be obliged to
refund fees already paid; the amount already paid shall be used
to pay compensation to third parties and to cover organization
costs, in part or in whole.

13.
Handling of Personal Information |
Any personal information collected by Antheus Indonesia in the
Office Reservation Form or any other associated forms will be
used solely for the purpose for which it was collected, namely
for processing of the application for office space. All the information
will not be disclosed by Antheus Indonesia.

14.
Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions |
By signing the Office Reservation and associated forms, the Participating
Entities undertakes to occupy the office that will be allocated
and to accept unconditionally said regulations and any additional
provision that may be adopted at any time by Antheus Indonesia
in the general interest of the Conference.
Any dispute over the interpretation, execution and validity of
these Terms and Conditions and the contract governed by these
regulations, shall be governed and construed according to the
provision of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia. |
